Julie arrived in the UK from France in April 2012 to carry out a student placement as part of her Modern Foreign Languages Degree. She obtained the Level 3 Certificate in Community Interpreting in the summer of 2012 and went on studying a Master’s degree in Translation at Newcastle University later that year. She also obtained the Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (English Law) in 2013. She uses her experience as a qualified translator and interpreter in the day to day running of Clearlingo and ensures clients receive language services of the highest quality and linguists are supported appropriately.
Tomek qualified as a Polish interpreter in 2016. This qualification topped up his previously obtained degrees as he is a qualified physiotherapist and biomedical scientist. This expert knowledge is invaluable when it comes to proofreading Polish medical translation. He has over 15 years of excellent customer service experience. For Tomek understanding clients requirements is key to good customer relations and this is what makes customers come back to us.
Lukasz studied accountancy for over 11 years, gaining the AAT and ACCA qualifications. He acquired invaluable practical experience over the last 7 years in the UK working with charities, public and private sector organisations, as well as in firms. Lukasz manages the daily accounting matters of Clearlingo and always responds promptly to queries regarding payments and invoices.
